For your further information, we have been instrumental in encouraging The Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme to make this award.

Through his introduction of The Perfect Record Award, The Removals Industry Ombudsman wishes to publicly acknowledge Scheme member’s against whom he had made no compensatory awards in more than a year. His intention is to continue with The Perfect Record Awards year on year and so encourage a quality of service that enhances consumer protection.

In the removals industry, that’s prone to complaints, winning this award is no mean feat. In fact, you will be in an exclusive group of less than 100 removal businesses that have won it and remember there are around 4,500 removal businesses in the UK.

All Ombudsman are independent of the industries in which they operate and are under the supervision of The Trading Standards Institute. Therefore we believe that your Perfect Record Award will, if you explain its meaning to potential customers, enhance your reputation and win you business. After all you are often asking a stranger to trust you with the safe and timely transport of their treasured possessions so an independent certification of what is in effect your proficiency and reliability must be of help.
